Just wanted to quickly say that if you have IMed either myself or Ninja in the past week or so and neither of us have contacted you by now please IM me, Zoey Pinkdot, and I will help you as soon as possible. Both of our children had the flu, then we got the flu from them, and then our youngest was hospitalised for a few days so things have been rather emotional and crazy around here for the past few weeks. We are working as diligently as possible to tend to any questions or problems that came up. We are also working very hard on giftcard submissions. We were attempting to switch the store system to a fabulous automated system that would illiminate delay in the filling of giftcards and got sick during the midst of it. I can assure you though that we will be working to get things finalised and cards filled very soon.
