So the most exhausting part of the holidays is over, the last bit of 'surprise' out of town company has left the house, and things are starting to get back to normal. This means that it's time for us to get back into the SL groove. But first, something pointless and fun!!!

I decided to take the What's In Your Bag blogger challenge. Why? Why not!

Before I start let me first apologize for the cleanliness of my bag. I just so happened to get a brand new bag for Christmas so I cleaned out the previous bag just a few days ago. Normally it would take me forever just to fish out my cell phone. I NEVER answer the cell in time. lol. Anywho, here ya go!



Item List:
1. My pretty new Coach satchel/purse/bag - My fave thing about it is the whole 'mail courier' style. Hands and arms free baby!
2. Maxi Pad - The single most important part of a woman's purse and for some reason the item most left out of this challenge. This is sometimes a tampon but it just so happens that its a pad this time around. Meh.
3. Children's Tylenol Chewables - I gots teh younguns. What can I say?
4. Pink Sanyo Katana Cell Phone - Yes, I know. Old news. Anyone wanna buy me a smart phone for New Years?
5. Motorola Blue Tooth - I CANNOT drive and talk on the phone without it. Unless of course you don't mind me running into things like old people and trash cans.
6. Notepad - I am SO forgetful.
7. 2 bottles of lotion - Johnson's for me and Nivea for Ninja. One can never have soft enough hands and feet.
8. Comb - My boys are about as self conscious about their hair as I am. LOL.
9. 2 pens - Prior to the cleanout there were literally 10 or so pens/pencils. These were the 2 that actually worked.
10. My 'Pretty Freakin Scary' change purse - A 'just because' present from Ninja. I ONLY keep quarters in it. Don't ask.
11. Wallet/Card Holder - Absolutely no cash in it. However it does hold a heck of a lot of cards and information. And yes.....it did come with an Eddie Bauer diaper bag that I stopped using years ago. Don't judge me.
12. 3 receipts - 1 from WalMart, 1 from the gas station by the house, 1 from the bank. I won't even say how many were in their prior to cleansing.
13. Tide To Go bleach pen - Because I swear by boobs are magnetic when it comes to stains.
14. Hand Sanitizer - Do I even have to explain this one?
15. Keys - Also equipped with every little discount card I could find. Discount cards that I never use by the way.
16. 3 packs of gum - My kids are gum fiends. And maybe....just maybe....I am absolutely completely paranoid of having bad breath.

Let me first apologize to any customer who has not yet been helped. Ninja and I took a bit of a break for the Thanksgiving Holiday and have been trying to get things together and get back to everyone that has an issue or question. Since then there has been some real life family sadness and I have been trying to get to everyone. This morning though was the icing on the cake. Lightning hit our house, smoke filled the house, and the fire department was promptly called. Everyone is ok but the lightning took its toll on the garage door, the net, the cable, the phone, the ps3 (may it rest in peace), and half of the outlets in the house. Needless to say this was a financial burden we did not exactly need at the moment. I am currently at my mom's house which is about an hour away from where we live to take care of a few things since a technician won't even be out to look at the house until Sunday. I just wanted to let you all know that we haven't forgotten about you and most certainly are not ignoring you. We are doing everything we can to get ourselves back into SL to handle any problems. Your patience is much appreciated.

Since IMs will most certainly be capped, if they aren't already, please send a notecard to Zoey Pinkdot with any issues you have that have not been dealt with. I will get on them as soon as we get our net back.

We don't typically jump on the holiday band wagon and make things holiday related. But Halloween is one of our favorite holidays and this year we decided to stop being so lazy and make some Halloween Costumes. The first 2 are the Naughty Nurse and the Bloody Nurse.

Earlier I posted about our newest addition to the store and 15 minutes later my post was shoved all the way to the bottom of the feed and some that were originally below my post 'magically' wound up above me again. It's getting out of hand to a very rediculous degree.

Stop using dirty tricks to constantly push your blog to the top of the fashion feed. You all know who you are. Its rude and extremely disrespectful to the rest of the fashion community. Stop being such a jerkface and stay in line with all the other children.

It's been a few weeks, but we're stil here. We've just had a few storms, some real life sidetracks, and are now expecting the possible arrival of the ever so fabulous Hurricane Ike. I have so much stuff that I have neglected to blog about here recently. Shame on me! DDD Photo Contest Winners

Wow oh wow were we surpised at the entries we had for this photo contest. I have to admit that when we began this competition I thought it would be a piece of cake to judge the photos but I was so wrong. We had the toughest time and actually ended up deciding that there was a tie for 4th place and a few others that we felt deserved an honorable mention. Without further ado, here are the winners.

So basically, after 2 weeks is up, we will decide whether or not we like it enough to keep it and delete our in world update group. So...go join! Yay! A fantastic friend finally convinced me to get a flickr account and make a group for Digital Dragon. And I did just that! So now we have a flickr group for all of you beautiful people to show yourselves in or on our products. This of course opens us up for more contests in the future and the occasional customer appreciation giftcard to photos that inspire us or are just plain beautiful. So we've seen a lot of places doing photo contests over the past year or so and we figured we'd give it a try. Depending on how this goes, we may have more in the future with bigger prizes! And here we go!



Digital Dragon Designs Photo Competition Rules and Instructions.
For this competition we are looking for creative unique photos of you in our products. We want the best representation of DDD possible.


You MUST use at least one of our products. Whether you use skins, jewelry, shoes, or even eye glitter is totally up to you. You just have to be wearing AT LEAST one of our products. We would like for you to use our poses in your ads but this is not a must. However a pose can not be the only thing 'worn' in your submission.


All Submissions MUST be in no later than July 10th. Winners will be announced July 12th.


You may submit multiple photos but only one can win per avatar. In other words, you cannot win both the 1st and 4th prize or any combination of prizes.


Instructions for Submissions:



1. Create a new folder and title it !(DDD Photo Contest)! - your name . Example: !(DDD Photo Contest)! - Zoey Pinkdot . If your folder is not named like this it may be overlooked as my inventory is a mess. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED ADMISSIONS DUE TO YOU NOT FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS.


2. Take a photo of you in our products. You can submit them as is or edit them to your hearts content. We are looking for uniqueness and creativity as well as how well our products are portrayed in your photo. Place your photo into the folder created before.


3. Pass this folder to Zoey Pinkdot. Make sure your photo is FULL PERMISSIONS before passing it over.


PRIZES:

1st Place - $5000L and a $5000L giftcard to our sim.
2nd Place - $2000L and a $2000L giftcard to our sim.

We've been working very diligently on getting better at sculpties and I'm pretty darned proud of our improvements. Today we give you Melissa Wedges. Yay! We are so very very proud and happy to be a part of the lovely RFL fashion expo! I won't bore you with all the chit chat but just want to say a quick thank you to those that invited us to be a part of this. It was and is an honor!

We have released several new things that you can find at the expo, from clothing, to sculpty shoes, to poses. So let get on to the goods.

First up we have a new pose set inspired by poses from manga and anime:

And then we have new sculpted Classic Slide heels. These are available in both a gold and silver finish as well as 8 different color options.

Also on the table are some new sculpted Suede Slide heels. These are available in 8 different color options.

There are also 3 new outfits available. Sizzle is a sexy lingerie set that is available in 7 color options. Daisy is an adorable little babydoll top with a pair of cut off jean shorts that is available in 6 color options. Tranquil is a beautiful dress that is available in 6 color options.

We have also created some special edition RFL items. All proceeds from these items goes to the American Cancer Society. For this I have created a limited edition pink of the Daisy outfit and Ninja has crafted these adorable pieces of prim jewelry.

And finally we have created a one of a kind item to be auctioned off at a fashion show at the expo. It consists of a special purple edition of the Sizzle lingerie line as well as a matching set of purple Suede Slide sculpted heels. All proceeds from the auction go to the American Cancer Society.

Its been super quiet around here but that doesn't mean we've disappeared. We've just been working on lots of new things and as always been tangled up in real life. But we're still here!

So, looking through our sim has made us very very aware that some of our older stuff just isn't up to par compared to our newer items. We weren't aware of just how under par they were until we decided to start revamping items. Its unbelievable how far we have come and puts a huge smile on our faces. So we decided that we are going to revamp a very large amount of our older shoes and jewelry (if you've been to our sim you know thats a lot of items. haha). We're going to 're-release' the items because I want to be honest. But let me just tell you, so far the items we have redone look like brand new items. Some items will just have some minor prim adjustments here and there and some new textures but there are some things we've begun to work on and are just completely rebuilding them. Anywho, here are the first 2 revamped jewelry sets.

Just wanted to quickly say that if you have IMed either myself or Ninja in the past week or so and neither of us have contacted you by now please IM me, Zoey Pinkdot, and I will help you as soon as possible. Both of our children had the flu, then we got the flu from them, and then our youngest was hospitalised for a few days so things have been rather emotional and crazy around here for the past few weeks. We are working as diligently as possible to tend to any questions or problems that came up. We are also working very hard on giftcard submissions. We were attempting to switch the store system to a fabulous automated system that would illiminate delay in the filling of giftcards and got sick during the midst of it. Initially when we made the prim eye glitter we made one full eye set and one half eye set in silver and just put them out not thinking anything of it. But goodness have we gotten some feedback on them. And so we decided to release both sets in multiple colors. Both sets are now available in 8 colors. AND we're working on some new variations as well. The glitter is ALL prim And it attaches to a point seperate from most eyelashes. So you can have your pretty long lashes and the glitter at the same time.

Well I have to say there was a rather astounding response to the new skin line I just released but unfortunately there was one very very BIG complaint...the 'light' around the lips. Nearly everyone I talked to was bugged by this glow around the lips. So....you guessed it..I redid them...ALL of them!! There is now no longer a beacon of white light around the mouth.

And so I rerelease to you: DDD Seductive Skins. I am going to be going through my transaction history and replacing every skin that has been purchased since the release. This may take a day or so but gosh darnit I'm gonna do it! hahaha.

Ok so I know its been a while...and I still haven't finished the skins..BUT we have been working so hard on little things to improve the experience of our customers and are working on little tweeks to help us speed up customer service. Small things...but things thathave required a lot of time.

Our biggest apologies for not releasing the 12th freebie. Suprise, suprise we had random family come in from out of town and they are staying until some time this weekend. They are staying at our house which has left us with very little time to do much of anything in SL. With this being said there will not be a 12th freebie yet. Ok, somehow I was tagged. Who knew I had friends??!! lol. You three should know by now how long winded I am. So here we go. muhahahahaha.

1. I am absolutely positively terrified of bridges. I have this horrible feeling in my gut when I drive over them and I just KNOW that at any moment that bridge is going to collapse. While driving over them I will quickly run through my head how exactly I am going to unbuckle and get the kids and Ninja out and I begin to panic....'what if the windows won't open'...'what if i can't get my seatbelt undone'. Its this whole silent panic that happens inside of me. And now you know I'm crazy. :D

2. I have been clinically diagnosed with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). Not to the extent of driving back home 20 times to make sure the oven is turned off or anything even remotely as severe. But I do panic and obsess about bad things happening to my children or family members. I check to see if my children are still breathing several times a night. I check to make sure the doors are locked in the house a couple of times before going to bed. Silly little things like that. Could possibly be the reason for the bridge obsession above? lol. AND I don't take meds for it. :D I've learned a much healthier way of dealing with it all on my own.

3. I LOVE LOVE LOVE to dip my Wendy's Chicken Nuggets in my Frosty. :D If you have not tried this, I must suggest with an intense urgency that you go to Wendy's...NOW.

4. I sing in the shower...loudly.....very very very loudly. Sometimes off key and sometimes spot on. Most often its with Ninja. We like to sing our own perverted versions of well known songs. Parental discretion is ALWAYS advised.

5. Ninja is quite possibly the only male I have ever been sexually attracted to. Interesting enough he's also the only human I've ever had 'intimate relations' with AND I married him. Go figure.

6. I have a very difficult time trusting people and yet I most often give them everything I have. I'm pretty much just an uber push over. :/

7. I love the smell of gasoline. I don't know what it is. No I don't huff it weirdos! But for some crazy reason I just find the smell to be pleasant.

8. I had 2 natural childbirths and am very very proud of that. Thats right...no meds for this chica. Lots of screaming? Yes. Rediclous pain? Oh yes. Wondering what the heck I was thinking saying no to the epidural? Oh God yes. But it was the most rewarding thing I've ever done in my life and if I had a third child, it too would be a natural birth.

Happy Halloween everyone! I just wanted to make a quick announcement about up and coming permission changes at Digital Dragon Designs. Starting today we will begin changing permissions on our items and eventually all of our items will be No Transfer. This will however take quite some time to get it done. We have well over 5000 items for sale on our sim and nearly every item contains multiple parts. This pretty much means that we will have to change the permissions on over 10000 items. Thats a lot of stinking items! But we want to continue creating and dealing with RL as well so it will just have to be done little by little.

Why are we doing this? Well, unfortunately we are still having to deal with 2 rather consistent complaints: 1. 'My item was never delivered' and 2. 'My item is missing from the database'. We have been considering doing this for some time now but were silently hoping that LL would fix this situation (if its even possible to fix). But unfortunately it doesnt even seem like its been even minorly tweeked with. While I have never actually had an item not be delivered into my inventory (and boy do I shop), I have had items just disappear or no longer be available. In a perfect world we would love to just believe that every one of these complaints is true but unfortunately, just as in RL, you can't always assume that its the truth. So for 2 reasons we are choosing to do this: 1. To make transactions dealing with this smoother and 2. To better protect both ourselves and our customers.

We will still offer giftcards for those who want to give our items as presents and we apologise emensly if this proves to be a negative experience for anyone. But at this time we just feel it must be done. Thanks to everyone for your patience and understanding.

We have gotten an overwhelming response to two particular things and I would just like to quickly address them pubicly.

In regards to the yummy Monster Munchers that we had for freebies during our BOGO sale. Ok Ok Ok.....so we are super duper excited and honored to introduce to you all, Lovekraft Ink. Lovekraft Jacobus is a personal RL friend of ours and he has been working so hard just generally learning how things work in SL. And boy oh boy does this guy have some talent!!! Lots new this week at Digital Dragon Designs. Don't ask me how we've found the time to create anything because we've also been packing for a move in RL...but somehow Ninja finds time for everything. And so he has released some new furniture finally.....Sculpted furniture to be exact. This is the Shades set and comes in Grey, Blue, Red, and Purple. It can be bought as one whole set or as seperate pieces.

ALSO, in every seat cushion and chair there are multiple poses. You just simply sit on the cushion/seat and click the seat to scroll through the poses. Its very easy and since its a touch script there is minimal to no lag.

More new boots!! There are 2 new sets out to be exact. Scorned is a yummy combat style boot with chains and skulls and flexi laces and is available for both men and women. And Blind Flight is pretty much the same boot only with bats instead of skulls. That one is also available for both men and women. Both will only be available in black.

So...I have to say..these are my absolute favorite boots Ninja has ever made. FAVORITE!! Released today were these yummy new boots called Unforgiven. They come in sizes for both men and women and have yummy flexi laces. My favorite part though is the highly detailed chains that wrap around the boots and the detailed prim crosses that hang from the chains. These will only be available in black....cus..well...sexy people wear black.

Ok, Ok, Ok. I'm actually going to reintroduce these shoes because some odd things seemed to be happening with the blogs the night I originally wrote about them and they didn't go through as they should have. But anyways...these are the new Lace Seduction boots at Digital Dragon. Ninja has blow me away with these and all their primmy goodness. They are heavy on the prims and I'm personally a HUGE fan of prims as they make things look ten times more realistic and detailed....but thats just my opinion. 10 colors available.



And next we have Snow Bound. These are the restraint boots earlier released but instead of a 2 color scheme ninja used a 3 color scheme: white base, black buckles, and a third color stripe down the middle. There are 10 schemes to choose from and they are all FAB!

Ninja released these yummy new pumps this evening and I am in love!! These are called Betty and have that yummy pinup feel to them....at least in my opinion. lolol. They're available in 10 colors but I gotta say my fave is black.

Ok ok ok. So I apologize massively for the major absence....and I may as well apologize for the upcoming abscence as well. Turns out summer is gonna be an uber busy time for us. We're in the process of trying to find and purchase a new home in RL so thats been taking up a lot of time. We've also had graduations, family drama, company in town, and my 6 year old got beat up at school a few days ago and the principal tried to cover it up so thats been a whole load of my attention right there. And to make things even crazier we are leaving in a week for vacation for 2 weeks..so bleh.

Ok Ok Ok...so I've never actually ranted or raved on this blog before because I want to keep this blog as professional as possible. But...well...I'm about to rant...and rave...with some serious anger. It is however business related so I would consider myself allowed. A few months ago Ninja and I filed a DMCA claim against a couple of complete sleeze bags who blatantly took several pairs of our shoes and pieces of our jewelry and recreated them prim for freaking prim. The idiots were even dumb enough to use the exact full permissions shoe base created by me in their boxes for sale. So we filed a DMCA claim and of course it was approved because the evidence was so rediculously blatant. LL takes all of their content down. YAY!

Then about a week later I realise those jerks have placed the items back up...tweaked a few of them and put their own shoe bases in them but still the same freaking items. And they have of course banned me from their land but camera constraints are so easy to get around. And now I am going to put them on blast. Some of you may think its unprofessional of me....but I don't. And honestly I know for a fact that they have stolen/ripped items from other designers and I hope that by putting them on blast a few of you will place the items to the appropriate designers and more DMCA claims will be filed.

The avatars in question are Jahney Basiat and Devin Calhoun and there shop is called Urban Trendz. The store is located at Catalpa (60, 233, 87). I really do encourage all designers to stop by and look...specefically if you create urban clothing, jewelry, hats, glasses, bandanas, weapons, or shoes. Its seriosly a huge mecca of nothing but ripped items and ideas. These losers have no creativity at all.

I apologise to anyone who thinks that posting this was in bad taste but I assure you that this is the absolute last resort on my part. I contacted the creators and received no response. I then filed a DMCA claim and it was approved. They placed the items back up for sale after they were taken down and I contacted them again....this time several times....and received no response. I then contacted Linden Labs again. I contacted the creators again....no response. And now, as I am trying to figure out the ins and outs of filing a lawsuit, I am placing them on blast as I feel I have no other choice.

Hopefully justice will be served....probably not though. People suck. :/

Hello again everyone. Ok so I released these skins yesterday and with a friends help realised that there were a few flaws in them that were just unacceptable. The belly button was WAY too high and there was a seam in the inner leg. How did I miss this you may ask?? Make a skin and you'll know...lololol. But thanks to my super friend I caught them before too much damage was done and have fixed them. So if you purchased the skins and I somehow missed you please contact me for a replacement. Weeeeeeee!! Ok so 2 new styles of sneakers for you today. I seriously can't keep up with that husband of mine but here we go. :D

First off we have Dragon Chillin Sneakers. These come in 12 colors for men and 16 colors for women. The detailing is all prim and they are super yummy.
